1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "tr99", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the tr99 platform accessible at tr99.io.
• "Platform" means the tr99 website, all associated pages, mobile web interface, and any related services provided through tr99.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the tr99 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the tr99 Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any amounts deposited into or held within a Player's Account balance, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by tr99 before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" or ৳ refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole supported currency on the tr99 Platform.

References to a statute or statutory provision include all subordinate legislation made thereunder. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tr99 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tr99.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are to be interpreted under English-language legal conventions. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most consistent with tr99's published policies and fair play principles shall prevail.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The tr99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. tr99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or replacement Accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. tr99 may close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated Bets, and forfeit any Funds or Bonuses held therein upon discovery of multiple Accounts.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering on tr99, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are obliged to update your Account information promptly if any detail changes. tr99 is not liable for any failure to deliver communications or process transactions resulting from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

3.4 KYC Verification

tr99 applies a mandatory KYC verification process to all Accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request exceeding ৳5,000 or as otherwise triggered by tr99's internal compliance procedures. Accepted KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, alongside proof of address not older than three months. tr99 may request additional documentation at its discretion.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions

The tr99 Platform is intended for use by Players located in Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by applicable law is not permitted. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether using tr99 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any Bet.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. tr99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

Any Bet, transaction, or action carried out through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally performed that action, unless you have notified tr99 in writing of a suspected unauthorised access prior to the relevant activity.

You must notify tr99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. tr99 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

tr99 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tr99 does not accept payments in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for card payments. Withdrawal minimums are ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. tr99 reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified Accounts are processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, seven days a week including public holidays. Processing times for other methods may vary. tr99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile network operators.

5.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. tr99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

5.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

tr99 may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect Players against fraud. Where the original method is unavailable, tr99 will advise on the appropriate alternative procedure.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All Bets placed on tr99 are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published on the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

tr99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; a Bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known; there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, fraud, or collusion; or the relevant stake exceeds tr99's risk parameters for that market.

6.3 Live Betting

In-play and live betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing without notice. Once a live Bet is accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding. Bets placed during a temporary suspension — where the Platform has not yet confirmed acceptance — will be voided and the stake returned.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games on the tr99 Platform, including slots, RNG table games, and crash games, use certified Random Number Generators independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are supplied by regulated studio providers. tr99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as provided by the respective game studios.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect price, odds, payout, or game outcome being communicated, tr99 reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes to Players. No liability arises from such voiding. The principle that "pays in error" does not establish a binding obligation to honour erroneous payouts applies in full.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

tr99 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonuses may only be used by the Player to whom they were awarded. Bonus funds are non-transferable between Accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire upon the end of the validity period.
• tr99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Players who participate in bonus schemes while placing offsetting Bets to reduce risk (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "arbitrage") may have their Accounts suspended and bonus funds forfeited.
• Withdrawal of deposited funds prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any active bonus funds and associated winnings.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tr99 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false or third-party identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or place Bets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any form of cheating in relation to any Bet or casino game.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or Platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid transaction thresholds.
• Allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf, or sharing Account credentials with any other person.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing tr99 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

tr99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be used as a source of income. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders through their Account settings.

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in their Account, which allows for a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business hour and take immediate effect.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tr99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software, is the property of tr99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of tr99.

The tr99 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of tr99. Unauthorised use of tr99's intellectual property — including but not limited to creating lookalike or phishing websites — will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tr99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

tr99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tr99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur, and tr99 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption to Players.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes tr99's liability for death or personal injury caused by tr99's gross negligence, or for any matter where exclusion of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments

tr99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, tr99 will provide notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

12.2 Account Termination by Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements and provided no active Bets or bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding.

12.3 Account Termination by tr99

tr99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, particularly where a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where tr99 is required to do so for compliance reasons. In such cases, real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.

12.4 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. The English-language version of this document is the authoritative version and shall govern in all circumstances.
